USB Port Issues

Has anyone had issues with their USB Port appearing very loose and/or not accepting USB stick?

Try another USB stick. I've found some third or fourth party plugs to be of questionable quality. My ports in both fit pannys fine.

Thank you for the advice. I've tried 2 sticks that work in other vehicles. Looks like it's the Port. Dealer issue I'm afraid.
