Hi Guys,

I just noticed today that in my 2010 Panamera the passenger seat back rest won't go all the way back so you can relax and have a nap. The back rest stops about 30 degrees whereas the drivers seat goes all the way to 80 odd degrees!

Is there a reason for this from design or is my seat faulty? The motor just sounds like it comes to a stop like it is supposed to happen?

 

Is the passenger seat bottom forward enough to avoid the back rest contacting the rear seat cushion?

I beleive this is a safety function as seat belts and airbags will not work correctly. It s all in the book. The drivers seat is different as you cn not drive in taht postion ... they don t want the passenger riding like that either. See if the car is off if that lets it go back further...
