Panamera Brake Options and Carbon Ceramics

I've read several posts on this but nothing specific to the programming of the brake controller or brake master cylinder.

1) Are there any brake differences between the years (excluding the new facelift), e.g. Will a 2010 Carbon Ceramic kit fit a 2014 Panamera Turbo and simply bolt on?

2) Any programming or brake master cylinders I need to worry about? The carbon ceramics bite more and I'm thinking the ABS programming might be different? I've done Brembo, AP Racing, Rotora, etc upgrades before with no changes required and no issues (street).

3) anyone do the RacingBrake rotors instead of the OEM? I'm closing in on 60,000 miles and will be changing out my rotors and pads, so either going:
a) Carbon ceramic oem retrofit (voids warranty)
b) oem rotors and oem pads keeps warranty
c) RacingBrake rotor and pads
d) Brembo caliper, brake and pads front and rear "upgrade"
e) SpeedArt caliper, brake and pads front and rear "upgrade"
f) SpeedArt rotors and pads (I think front only)
g) anything else?

I'm open for vendors to PM me prices of their options too (2014 Panamera Turbo executive with red calipers).
