Help removing sunshade/luggage cover bar

I have a 2010 panamera with the rear sunshade and hard luggage cover. I can get the luggage cover off by itself just fine.

I push in the tab on each end of the bar, but after that can't get it to budge out of it's "socket". I've already retracted the sunshade just fyi.

Any suggestions on what motion I need to be doing to get it to budge?

As I recall, the unit telescopes after depressing the tab at the end. Hence, press in a tab, and hold the end of the bar and push it towards the other side of the car. I can take pics if this is unclear.

It took me a while to figure this out...

I was able to remove mine, but couldn't get it back in when I tried. I'll view this video in hopes that it will help - thanks for posting!

Click in one side first, then push it down from the top while holding the lock open for the other side. The video should definitely help.
