2012 PS. How do you remove wood trim from doors on rear console?

Welcome, the trip on the doors pop off with the right tool. Google Panamera door removal and there is a video that shows you how to do it right. I would bet the center consoles pop out as well.

Open the doors at a 45 degree angle and carefully pull upwards at that same angle. They will pop out.
