Rear wing failure

My rear wing is stuck!
I have a 2011 PTT and now the beautifull folding rear wing won't rise and fold out. It's like it'ts stuck in lowered position and pressing the button only make it try to fold out but no rising motion can be seen....
Any ideas ( taking it to the stealer is a no-brainer)

Surely I can't be the first......?

Pretty sure spoiler failure is common and people (the dealer) just wind up replacing the entire assembly.

I agree that is most likely the fix.. My 911(09) started making noise and dealer replaced. Those units go and are not cheap. Mine was around $1300 but CPO paid.

970panamera is an unknown quantity at this point
I would remove it, grease up the moving parts, and retry. It may be stuck due to lack of lubrication.

Removing and greasing has been a plan of mine.....but I haven't figured out HOW to remove it since it's in the lowered position.....
