vin number locations on panamera
From the Porsche Repair Manual:
"Check that the following vehicle identification numbers are identical. Then stick the adhesive label provided with the vehicle into the on-board literature (Guarantee and Maintenance booklet).
1. Check Vehicle Ident. No. on lower left of windscreen.
2. Vehicle Ident. No. stamped on the bodyshell, in the front right footwell.
3. Vehicle Ident. No. on the adhesive label in the glove box.
4. Vehicle Ident. No. in the vehicle registration documents."
Interesting that the one from the drivers side door jamb is not listed. Wonder if that is a USA only. requirement. I would have expected a number on the engine block to be listed in the literature as well. (I assume we have one there - I have not looked for it yet)
