Rough, bumpy shifting

I just bought a 2011 Panamera Turbo. 73,000 miles. On acceleration seems rough and hesitant when going through the gears. Could it be The spark plugs?, High-pressure fuel pump?, Tranny?. Any ideas?

Depends on service history first. That car should pull hard and fast thru all the gears. Did it just start or was it like that since you got it?
No codes or lights I assume?

Is it apparent from a stop shifting through the first 2 gears under partial throttle? My 11 had rough operation from a stop and going into second. Dealer performed a software re-learn/update and the problem was solved.

No codes no lights. I guess it's been doing it all along only I didn't notice it on the test drive since I drove in pretty heavy traffic in the city. According to carfax it's been serviced regularly.
