22's for new 2018 Panamera?

I just upgraded from my 2010 Panamera 4S which I added 22" Turbo II style Euro Stuggart wheels to...They looked and performed awesome. Now, I just upgraded to the '18 Panamera 4 and they have stock 20"s and it just hit me...size matters.

Does anyone in this Forum have a '17 or '18 that they put 22's on?
Does anyone know anyone that has?
Will 22"s fit, I heard the offset and sizing is way different on the new gen Pan?
Since we're at it I would also love and tire size reco's
- On my '10 4S, I ran 265/35/22 front; and 315/25/22 rear Pirellis

Any insight on any of the above would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
