Not another Panamera Newbie :-(

Hello there! Im new to the Panamera but an oldie in the 911 forum. Finally decided to add a Panamera so that I can take the wife and 2 daughters for joy rides :-) Will be getting my Panamera S 2010 soon from a Porsche certified pre-owned dealership in a few days. Lucky to get this Panamera because it only has 1,800 kilometers on it! Previous owner kept it as a garage queen :-) Dealership is just doing detailing, changing the battery, headliner and reprogramming the ECU.

Hope you dont mind my very first question on this vehicle...

I noticed that my steering wheel does not have control buttons on it (pls see eqxact photo attached). May i ask how I can control the PCM? Do I need to reach out to the center console directly to the PCM or is there another control lever for that? I will get my hands on the PCar in a few days time and excited but realized that it does not have those steering wheel buttons when i reiewed the pictures i took. Contemplating to order from ebay one of those steering wheels with buttons on them but not sure if its plug and play. Hope you can share some info on this. Happy to be on another side of the 6speedonline fence.

Thanks so much.

Thank you for that advice. Just a follow up questions - If I opt to purchase this Panamera steering wheel with buttons on it

https://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-Porsche...item41a94a0179

Will it just be a 'plug and play'? No wiring mods?
