I've got a 2011 Turbo with the factory 19s, 255/45 fronts and 285/40 rears. I am looking at replacing the tires with something wider. It appears 275/40s and 315/35s on 19s would be fairly similar diameter. and circumstance to stock, as well as match each other. So it appears these sizes would not impact the AWD system.

Question - has anyone done it and how well did they fit on the factor wheels? I've seen a few posts indicating they would fit and wouldn't scrub.

I expect some loss of ride quality, but not overly concerned. I also do occasionally track my car so I will be pushing the tires a bit.
