5x130mm wheel bolt pattern
5x130mm wheel bolt pattern
This is the bolt pattern common to all Panameras. This is not a common bolt pattern. Here is a reference source for other vehicles using this bolt pattern:

This does not mean that wheels from these other vehicles are a direct bolt-on interchange to your Panamera. It just means a common bolt pattern.
Most manufacturers do not make their own wheels. For instance, I have a set of oem10 spoke 18" wheels which are embossed with a BBS trademark. My oem Turbo II 20s have a "made in Italy" designation. Haven't figured out the mfg. for the 20s to date.
When considering aftermarket wheels you might want to limit your search to wheel vendors who supply Porsche OEM wheels.

Correct, particularly because of the center hub bore sizes. Porsche is 71.6mm, same as the earlier Audi Q7 models. This is your best bet with direct fitment but two other factors can come into play....spokes to brake caliper clearance and backspacing/disk thickness where you might need longer or shorter lug bolts.
You can possibly fit the ones with bigger center hubs size and add hubcentric rings that would bring it back down to 71.6mm...that's if you can find the hub rings that would accommodate this. The VW Touareg is close at 71.5mm but it's likely a really tight fit as if you're forcing it to sit. I bet you would have to kick it off a Porsche when you need it removed, as if it binded.
Also FYI...Porsche Macan is the only odd one, coming in at 5x112 and 66.5mm center bore. I believe most, if not all 5x130 Porsche will be a direct fit to one another.
