New To Forum (Vinyl Wrap Pics attached)

Hello Gents,

I am new to the forum. Here is my Panamera S w/ vinyl wrap. Unfortunately, i have been dealing with many air suspension issues lately and at Porsche dealer for 3rd time now with "Chassis System Failure" (its become the new blue screen of death for me.

Your car looks fantastic! Sorry to hear of the suspension challenges - best of luck getting it sorted out.

Thanks Skyracer. So far compressor and front shocks have been replaced. Getting intermittent issues now and could be the connector issue some have had. Luckily, the extended warranty company has been delivering on their end.

have them check valve block and make sure level sensors behind front wheel are not broken.

I will definitely give that a try. I may wait until they have exhausted all options and replaced my rear shocks as well.

If you don't mind me asking, what company do you have your warranty through? I'm currently looking and finding a lot of people have Fidelity.

My wrap color is 3M Charcoal Gray.

The warranty company is vision warranty and i bought it from autoexam in Houston area. But looks like you can buy it directly. So far been great with repairs. Paid front shocks, upper control arms, sway bar bushings, and most of the thermostat housing repair. I took it in again since I have a slight vibration. I think it’s the lower control arm. The car rental part of the policy is terrible so make sure you go to a place that gives you a loaner if you need one.

I bought it this way. I don’t know the age of the install and I have had it since September. I bought it w a burn melt spot on hood and replaced the hood portion for $200. The car looks great. It has a light scuff or two, but nothing too noticeable. Consider hand wash car wash only. Definitely no hot wax or any wax at all. The material tends to keep finger marks so you have to keep cleaning it from time to time. Also, easy to hold dust so I carry a microfiber towel in the trunk. Not bad. When I replaced the hood, the color matched perfectly and no discoloring from age. I get a lot people come up to me telling me they like the color.

That sounds great and the 200 for fixing the hood is quite ok as well i think. I will probably do black matte, the grey that you have or military green matte soon

How much does a good wrap job cost these days? I have been intrigued in the idea, maybe in the matte titanium color, or matte black, or maybe some muted primary color. Thanks for info in advance.

I was looking at Matte black for my basalt black. The 1/2 front is $1200 last year.
