consistently- meaning once I clear the code it usually comes back. I think it’s a p0421

I am getting a post car code. I think it is P0421 but not positive from memory. FVD sent me the print out and they are saying that’s not from the down pipes. I have replaced one 02 sensor and will do the other side when I install my FVD resonator bypass.

Same here but before cat, just routine o2 sensor failure. I did the FVD downpipes and res delete and had no post cat codes.

Just got my downpipe installed. Got a few quotes over 1000-1500. Called a shop that is worked with before. They did it for 600. ? Do you know anyone that has the catless downpipe and res delete. I'm thinking the downpipe only is still to tame. I'm installing my bmc filter and ipd this weekend. But not sure if that will make a significant difference in sound. Thanks

Resonator delete will make a big difference, I have FVD down pipes and res delete with factory axle back muffler. WOT car sounds insane. Normal driving you can barely notice.

Ya I'm gonna order the resonator delete. The catless downpipe adds a nice growl but it still needs a little more.

???? so i was on the FVD site and this is the disclaimer in the PLEASE NOTE SECTION: We recommend this in conjunction with the factory cats or our 200 cell sport cats, part # BES97002240SHD. When used with catalytic bypass or downpipes drone can be created as you are bypassing the factory resonator.

SO DRONE HAS NOT BEEN YOUR EXPERIENCE. The damn car seems so sound insulated I don't see how it would be possible. Your thoughts or maybe some sound bites?

It will drone. Removing the resonator will not provide a dramatic increase in sound like cat removal does. My advice has always been to keep a resonator (OE or aftermarket) and utilize cat-less down-pipes.

Driven about 500 miles and no cel. Thanks Rhonda@FVD. The damn things a rocket. Sounds great but I want more sound when I want it. It really does sound stockish when cruising but sounds a million times better at WOT. Just a little more punch needed
