Looking to identify and purcahse these 22 wheels, please help?..

Hello All, could anyone help me identify these wheels. They appear to be a 22" version of the Turbo Wheel. And then, also if anyone could help me find where to buy them. I have spent two days googling and have gotten nowhere. All I keep finding is the 22" Stuttgart wheel. Thank you all in advance!!
I know the member here who's photos I posted is "ArneR" but I tried to private message him and got no response either.

I'm seeing that they are replicas, Kronos brand... http://kronoswheels.com/product/stuttgart/

As always, be careful with replicas since they will likely bend with one hit on bad roads and potholes. You can try your luck with them, but you will need to be really strict when maintaining your tire pressures... I say AT LEAST +45psi at all times, especially on 25 and 30 profile tires. Ideally 50psi, but you will find some tires Max psi is at 50psi...so going that route is skeptical also.

Just an example, these are bent and for sale...

If you can dish out more money, I would spend it on OEM Cayenne 22's

So is that wheel also an OEM will from the Cayenne in 22? That would be my preference but I have not been able to find them. Are they 22x10 OEM? I do not want the concave in the rear (same as in the photos).

Not with those Turbo design spokes...

I think the 22's were available starting on 2019 Cayenne's. Check out suncoastparts.com for what's available.
