Have to replace 1/ the air vent near the screen & 2/The trim pillar B 2014 Panamera

Hi All,
I am looking for how to do the removal of the air vent located near the screen and where to buy the parts at a good price.
Air vent black paint /finish is chipping!!!!
Never cleaned it with harsh chemical or hit it with ... anything... Out of nowhere!

Regarding the trims on Pillar B, they are bubbling which I think it is typical....
