Tires busted now ordering new rubber & wondering about rims

Recently took daughter to a game, and about 5 minutes after leaving, my front pass and rear pass tpms says I am -3psi (I always have all my air perfect).
Few mins later, it says -9psi, then -12psi.
I pull of into a parking lot, look over the tires, no issues seen. Crank out the compressor, pump them up to spec. Continue driving.
5 mins later, same stuff happens. Both tires show pressure lower just as quick.
Now, I am thinking there must be a hole. Pulled into a lot, again, pumped up, checked for nails. None.
Now, dont want to continue, I know something is wrong, so I turn around before I get stuck.
On the way back, I had to fill up my tires 4 more times.
Got home, in garage put the pass side on jacks. Started inspecting tires. No nails.
Frustrated, after about half hour, I over inflate both tires by about 6psi.
All of a sudden I hear something.
Surely, front pass sidewall has a tiny pinprick that is letting air out. Right smack in the middle of the inner sidewall. My brain says; W T F !!!!!!!!!!!
Similarly, do same overinflate on rear, again hear similar. GUESS WHAT. SAME TYPE OF HOLE IN SAME INNER SIDEWALL. Now I am swearing at anything that moves.

So now, car is in garage, two rubbers popped. Bought a set of rubbers and waiting for delivery.
This brings me to the real reason for posting. The holes put a huge kink into my plan to get different rims onto the car. I originally planned 22", but out of need, bought 20".

I guess I am ok with 20". However, I dont want to spend a fortune on a new set of 20" rims.
Was hoping to get something that is black (my PTT is a blackout edition - everything black, inside and out), so the rims would follow suite.
Am I unrealistic trying to get a set for about a grand? Really dont want to spend a lot and still get something decent.
Something that looks nice and complements my blackout look. Was thinking something along THESE LINES HERE. Something with spiral spokes is to my liking for sure.

There are some kind of similar on ebay for about a grand including tax + free delivery, but their rims are:
Front 20x9, my current front rims are 20x9.5
Rear: 20x10.5, my current rear rims are 20x11.5

So there is size diff. In addition, their offset is :
Front: +50mm, mine oem is: +65mm
Rear: +64mm, mine oem is: +63mm

Just thinking out loud, if I am realistic about price, and decent fit. I wont take car to the track. Normal street driving.
Trying to keep my $ and still have car looking right.
Advise me if you can, appreciate your time and effort for sure.

Sidewall blow out on 2 tires at the same time! That’s bad luck! As long as nobody slashed them, maybe rubber dried out from age and excessive heat? What is date stamp on the tires?

I like wheels. IMO, wheels are the easiest way to change the look of your car. I wouldn’t cheap out as will likely look “off” and you’ll probably regret it. Sport classic wheels (OEM) would probably compliment the look of your blacked out Panamera. Come up for sale once in a while on Craigslist or the forums. Might be a good look for you?

Here’s a set listed last year on Rennlist.
complete with rubber. Not sure if still available.

Talk about bad luck yes. It was not a blowout. It was not old tires either. Both inner sidewalls had a tiny pin price type of hole, right in the middle of the side wall. So I assume punctured somehow. No idea how that is possible though. Holes were tiny enough that I would lose about 10 psi within 5 minutes of driving. Luckily, holes were small enough that I could stop, use the car compressor to inflate, then continue to get home without getting stuck.
I wil have to see about rims. Hate rushing it. Worst case,, I will just replace in a year, when tires are changed again.

jzchen is infamous around these parts
Maybe you like the one they have here?

http://www.discounttire.com/

Couldn't link them directly.

Don't deal with used wheels if at all possible...

Yeah. No used cause you don't really know if perfect straight.
Starting to think I will just use sane rims and next change will replace. Then will be no hurry or hassle.
