Squeal paste for Panamera

Hello I have a 2010 Panamera and and my brakes squeal quite loudly when breaking. After I wash the vehicle and the wheels/rotors it does seem to improve it for a short period of time but then it gets loud again. Is there any anti squeal paste that you would recommend I could use to quiet the brakes? Thank you

Porsche says when replacing front brake pads:

If pads have worn down to the wear limit (2 mm) also replace discs
Fit new pad retaining springs.
Fit new fastening screws.

No grease is to be used on the backing plate per instrucions, so better replace these if you haven't depending on condition of last change...

It depends on what pads were installed. Given that it's a 2010, I'd guess that the pads are not original. Certain high performance pads will squeak due to the pad composition. (Certain low-dollar "budget" pads will also squeak.) If the pads were replaced with OEM pads they should be silent.
