How much work involved?

I imagine the actual seats would bolt in fine but there would be an electronic control module that you would need to figure out how to wire, then get different switches for the console, etc. I bet the main car ECU needs to be told of the new feature/module.

I have a 2012 and wish I had ventilated seats.
