I just cannot get into this car....I really hope it is not as ugly in real life as in all the photos to date.

Cayenne's are butt ugly. The newest one is OK but the first one was ugly-as-sin and sold like crazy. I guess Porsche learned that ugly sells!

That honestly looks like a malignancy growing from the rear end from the otherwise aesthetically pleasing front/sides...
Porsche missed the mark in matching a rear end to the car and honestly IMO it kills it from being what it could. The half-*** hatchback end is a far cry from a tight lined saloon.

Any guidance as to where these are testing, besides the Weissach campus? I'm in Stuttgart next week with a few days to spy

Looks like a Hyundai to me. Take a look at one and you can see some resemblance. Actually it looks like a 911 made it with a Hyundai and here it is...
