does any one know if they sell high test gas [100+ octane] up in that area?

There is only one place I know of in Jacksonville and it is over near Seth's shop Technical Dimensions on Beach Blvd... a Sunoco I believe.

 

Quite a few in Daytona which is on the way....

 

A buddy of mine in Ft. Lauderdale has a good connection for buying 100+ octane gas - Email me for more details. thanks.

My buddy is looking to ride shotgun in order to film the ride from Jacksonville to Winter Park for the new Teckademics dvd. Dinner time and location are still not firm. I need to call some of the resturants at the WGV but wanted to wait to see how many would be in the party. I would say around 7:00-7:30 maybe... any ideas?

 

Not sure I can make it then, unless a late showing is ok? I'm thinking 2 hours to orlando, and 2 hours back to jax... Is the timing about right?

The WGV is about 18 miles south of Jacksonville right on I-95 so it should take you about 90-100 minutes to go from the WGV to downtown Orlando. If you leave right at 4:00PM for Orlando you should be able to make it back by 7:00PM (3 hours). If you are going to south or southwest Orlando it will of course take longer. It your GF has to "freshen-up" then we could be looking at 4-5 hours.

Of course if you had Gary's TTX50 you could make the round trip in 60 minutes.

 

Yea... and if you had Rob's led foot you could do it in about 45 minutes.

Please check this list and make sure you have confirmed, registered, and set for dinners. I need to reserve space at a resturant for Friday and plan for food on Friday.
