The wife and I ate dinner at Flemmings last night which is right there in the Winter Park Village area..Came out after and "Bam" ! It was all lit up towering over the area....It looks great

Flemmings is Ruth Chris in almost everyway..Very good. If Ruth is booked we go to Flemmings and vica versa..
The owner/partner with outback was a Ruth Chris Franchise owner who sold back his restaurants to Ruth Chris then waited out his no compete (2 yrs) then started this venture with Outback...

I don't see a GT3 included in your list. Go ahead and put me down. I don't think I will have a conflict but with 2 little ones you never know. You better enjoy your freedom because when the second one comes your leash will become a LOT shorter!!
