I believe the "acceptance" that we are speaking of pertains to actually being in the parade. The entire event is almost a week long. It starts on Saturday, the parade is on Wednesday.
I would have to believe that if you just wanted to show up (paying your entry fee in advance of course) and not participate in the parade, you could do so.
It will be good to see you again Don and I look forward to meeting you other guys as well.
Remember this is Porsche Club of America's 50th anniversary!! It is sort of a special event.

The "Porsche Parade" IS the week long event. You better register for it if you intend on attending any events. There is a "Parade of Porsches", but "The Parade" is the week long event itself.
