I am going to call them next week. I will be at CC Saturday AM, so we can talk about dates, etc. with any of you who are there.

They want a head count. 12 seems safe...anyone disagree?

I will try to have 3-4 weeks advance notice. After I set a date, we will use this forum to confirm on a first come basis. They might be somewhat flexible; I will check into any firm limits.

Would it be better to give them a higher head count and have a few open spots, or a lower head count and have people not able to go because the spots all filled up?

I did a quick count of those who posted on this thread. If everyone who thought they could make it goes, with only the people they said were coming (usually just one person) that makes it 14.
