Dinner after the show is a good idea. If you are looking for a good Italian restaurant we can recommend a place called "Joe's" 2149 N. Fremont St. in Monterey. Ph: 831-655-3355. I would suggest making reservations for a large group NOW!

I recommend that you not wait too long to sign up. Last year the Buffet luncheon that they serve sold out a few months before the event - and it would be great to get an idea of how many cars will be in attendance as well. This way we can assure that our Corral area is large enough.

I spoke to Frank Mandarano today, organizer of the Concorso Italiano. This year the event will be held on Friday August 13th, at the Black Horse Facility in Monterey Bay.
