Its done. It goes on the market tomorrow. Tonight I was home by 6:30, and actually saw the little one in the evening. She is usually asleep when I get home. It was nice.

Looks like the market here finally hit it's price point. Two properties on my road were on the market and sold in one day.

 

We will see. I don't relax for very long. But I am going to try. Looking forward to Saturday morning.

So NEXT saturday (a week and 2 days away) does anyone want to drive up to Pocono for the Ferrari track event after the meet? I'm def going, and if the weather is good Jon will be going in his new Barchetta with Bob in his 308 (at least).

Joey, I think that I am actually working on Saturday morning....just found out. I have a presentation in Rehoboth Beach for a very large home we are doing this fall. When are you going?
