There is another drive that day from SNEAKYMIKE NorthCascade drive... and in August there will be another Helens drive...

Sneakymike's drive will be a lot longer and it will be a rally.....not a drive

he has stated that he plans to make it to Moses Lake in 4 hours even though it should take 6 hours..................speeding tickets will come hand in hand with that

 

I'm sticking with the St Helens drive. It should be a fun day.

So where is everyone else? We had a better 6speed turnout on December 30th that we are having in June. I know a couple people are having vehicle issues, but there are many others.

hey guys... i will see how the weather is..there is a car show that friday at Key Arena I have to attend.. I would be down if the weather is good!! I will try and drag Vincent and Ben along too

excellent........this drive will already be amazing with Audis and Porsches on it, let alone Ferraris.......







weather should be good........if it isnt then the drive might need to be scrapped as the road up to St Helens can get pretty hairy in the rain.

if its raining in June in this damn state im going to shoot someone

 

Car show Friday, drive Saturday. How hard is that? You have to come, the cops like your car better than mine. Much easier to see yours to give you the ticket.

The weather better be good. I want top down weather.

Yes there will be...




First: It is a 6hr leg from Seattle to Lake Chelan (where we'll stop for a late lunch) and we will make it in less then 5hrs, and thats not pushing it.. I mean, who drives 55mph on that road anyways..

We're not going anywhere near Moses Lake, although there are some sick roads between Lake Chelan and Banks Lake

Second: The three times I've drove the North Cascades I have never seen a cop in the 2.5 hr stretch of mountain road. You stop seeing them after Concrete and then you'll see them again just north of Chelan. I've had a couple hits on the V-1 around Washington Pass but never seen anything.

This will be a great drive, and I'll be sure to post up some pics

thats great.....you and Tom can start up a thread on it then......its a little late now but there is no reason to post about it a thread about the drive i helped plan......


also, you forget ive been on many drives with you and the plan is never to do rediculous things and yet it always seems to happen
