The weather is looking tough for the coming 7 days. I am actually crafting an email now to all the attendees to move the meet until September 15th (Saturday). In addition, if I do that I have a longer runway which is very pristine to use.

I just sent out an email to all confirmed event attendees notifying them of the date and venue change.

The new date is September 15th. I sincerely hope everyone can still make the new date and I regret the move is unavoidable based on the current forecast.

You might have a hard time finding a city in Texas call "Dennison". I bet it won't show up in that VW navigation of yours!
