Dear UnlimitedLaps Participant,
You are receiving this email because you have a confirmed entry for the
8/9/04 UnlimitedLaps/6SpeedOnline event at Thunderhill Park Raceway.
Many thanks to our event sponsors Akkurat Performance Group, Inc.,
Carlsen Porsche, and Clear Armor for making this event possible.

PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY! Gates will open at 7:00 am and the mandatory
Drivers' Meeting will begin promptly at 8:15 am. If you miss the
Drivers' Meeting, you will have to miss your first track session so we
can brief you. We want to make sure everyone gets maximum track time so
it is important we start on time. Please see the event page on
UnlimitedLaps.com for a tentative schedule of the day.

Due to hot weather conditions this time of the year, please come
prepared for a warm day by wearing hats and sun block. Despite the high
temperature, we recommend that you be dressed in long pants and long
sleeve shirt while driving, though shorts and t-shirts will still be
allowed.

A complimentary catered lunch will be served and there will be plenty
of drinks and snacks for everyone but you are welcome to bring your
own. If you have any unexpected guests, they may join us for the lunch
for $10 each.

You should have already had your tech inspection done. If not, please
get it squared away as soon as you can. You are not required to use our
tech stations but you must produce a completed and signed tech sheet on
the morning of the event. Our tech form is available for download from
our website.

We have posted hotel information on the website. If you plan on driving
to Willows the night before, check our web site for the latest hotel
information.

The folks from Akkurat will be onsite to provide you with information
on their aftermarket parts and tuning options for your Porsche.

A limited number of HotLap lap timers will be available for rental at
$20 per day. For information regarding reserving a lap timer, please
send an email to ulaps@mpactmotorsports.com.

For the latest event updates, please see http://www.unlimitedlaps.com/.
We look forward to seeing you at the track!

Just wondering... How many people want to drive up together on Sunday? Not sure if I want to put my car on a trailer.

Fred will there be people to sweep the track in between sessions if someone goes off? Just spoke to a friend yesterday and he said this was a big issue. I guess they didn't sweep the track and the rocks caused quite a few chips in windshields and of course paint.

I assume you're coming up 101 from Carlsen? If so, I'll meet you enroute as I'll be coming over 92 from Half Moon Bay. You going to be using FRS? If so, what channel?

Fred, I belatedly noted you won't be leaving Tiburon until 4. If that is correct, I'll meet up with you all there. That'll give me a couple more hours to get ready as I'll be coming in from San Diego about midnight Saturday, and I need all the beauty sleep I can get.
