I am told with the Stage 4 horsepower, I should see 170-180mph at Pocono.

Bob:

Saw your date and normally I would love it (assuming I can get mine broken in by then), but, I have my daughters dance recital and family picnic at my house on the 13th, so no can do. Thanks though.

OK ... now it is clear why you wanted to clear up your suspension issues Ken! 170-180mph -- wow!!

Tim -- There will be plenty of other local events taking place this summer, GingerMan, Grattan etc, so hope to see you at one of them. I have some projects going in Chicago that bring me there on a regular basis too. Maybe see you there sometime.

Bob,
I WILL have the suspension completely worked out by then and here are the TWO courses we will run on June 18!!!!!!! One during the first half of the day and the other during the second half of the day!!!

Now, Tim, after seeing this, how can you pass this up?? If you have the car by then, you better be there!!!

No firm date yet, I am hoping before the end of the week but I am leaving for vacation on Friday. It had better not arrive while I am gone! I will hopefully have the golf thing worked out today.

During the first 1/2 of the day, you should see 170MPH plus....on the long straight away between 2 and 4. I hit 155mph in my 400FWHP M3.

The long course brings out all the high HP big boys. It's definitely a blast and will probably be your favorite course b/c of the high speeds.

I know Tony will absolutely love it....he'll be hooked for sure!

Tim,
I believe I read that you were doing the stage IVGT on your car - with it being a convertible, will the chassis be strengthened to cope with the added torque?

Car is through customs and waiting to be loaded, possibly as early as tomorrow. Now for the punch line, I leave for vacation on Thursday afternoon so the car may sit over the weekend ... Like hell am I gonna let that happen! Film at 11.

Don't worry Tim I can watch it for ya. Or you should load the family up in the car and have it broken in by the end of the week
