Wanted to get a feeler on my friend's price for his '04 E46 M3. He's the first and only owner. No accidents, car is very clean!

Sounds like a nice car. Unfortunately, prices on the E46 M3 are falling fast. I just traded my '05 Competition which was in great shape and the dealer would barely give me $35k for it. Your friend's car is probably worth his price but be prepared for it to take a little time to sell.

I think high $20K or low $30K

It is however a very low mileage car.

Thanks for the input. That sounds awfully low and below blue book wholesale... Are you for real? He's going to take it to a dealership to see how much he can get for it.

I would not sell it for less than $38 and if you hold out, you could probably get what you want.

yeah that guy has absolutely no clue what he is talking about. 80K miles 2001's go for $28/29... your friends car realistically is worth between $33-$37 in the current market, depending on how quickly he wants to sell.

38k with his mods on it is a good price for a super low mileage 04
