Hey guys, I just picked up a '16 991.1 GTS in Lava Orange. Lovin' it. Wanted to get your guys' opinions on the side markers. Which side markers do you think would look better, the stock amber ones or the clear ones. I have both. The amber's design give it a nice LED strip whereas the clear ones don't have the LED look. No brainer if the clear had the LED strip look. What do you guys think?

 

Personally I would go with the clear ones, but either looks great. Congrats!

991 LED Clear Side Markers

 

Thanks guys. My originals (amber) were LED. Thanks to you guys I now know that there are clear LED's available. My dealer installed clear non-LEDs. I just ordered the right ones from Suncoast this morning. Thanks again. Once I figure out how to post pics I would love to show off the new ride ;-).

 

I have clears on my white 991, and they look nice...but I think I could go either way with white. My car, a CPO, came with the clears. I probably wouldn't have swapped the standard with clears if the car came with the standard lights.

However, with orange, I think I'd much prefer clears. Look forward to seeing the pics of your new ride! Congrats!
