I've got the rubber insert for the little well next to the sill plate on the passenger side (interior) for a 996. I ordered 2 by accident - my dumb a** move is your gift! It was only $12.00 or thereabout so it doesn't make sense to ship it back. PM me if you want it :-)

I got some parts left over from cars that I've sold. Free for the taking. must pick up within 20 miles of 98391. not interested in shipping the big stuff...
-Porsche 997 center console- factory black- pretty much complete, rear 997 sub box with black carpet, front 997 bumper foglight/turn signals, OEM 997 side exhausts. plus, carbon fiber GT3 "smile" bumper insert.- dremelled the underside to make fit properly, plus some misc parts.
-Mini Cooper R56 parts: Black interior parts and steering wheel with controls,factory roof rack with keys,+ misc parts.
-Lotus Esprit tan floor mats out of my old 2002- need a cleaning, also a driver side NEW tan/red piping leather replacement seat leather- OEM. 25th anniversary rear window decals
-Aston Martin Vantage Macarbon carbon fiber mirror covers- couple of missing small tabs- will need epoxy to stay on-but hey, they're free.

Do people still look at this thread? Some of you may know, I moved from a 996T to a 997.2T, the OEM car cover does not fit the 997 so I'd like to offer it to a SF area member. Really not looking to ship, the cover has been used for about two years, is in good shape and has no tears. Of course it is dirty around the wheels and exhaust, but if it fit my 997, it would be on my car this exact moment-- PM me if this could fit your needs, KH
