Any idea what this 'leak' could be?

I washed my car today is this just water draining from the bottom. My car is parked on a tilt up and to the right. I am just nervous since I have only owned this 2011 Cayenne S for 14 days. This morning I got in the car and for the 3rd time I had the check coolant light come on this time the coolant indicator shot up to the red light at 250 degrees. I immediately turned off the engine thinking its 30 degrees out how could this be? I turned the ignition about 3 minutes later and everything was fine. Any thought. It has no smell so I am guessing its water dripping it doesn't smell of feel like a vital fluid.

Thanks!

TJ

Probably the cowl drain, or the AC drain. Question: have you checked your coolant level? That's certainly a good first step..

Thanks, it does say 2011 Cayenne S in the description. Yes I checked the coolant level and as i stated there is no smell or viscosity difference than water I guess it's the drain. Thank you.
