The centers are different offset, so depending on which way you have them:

FRONT 40
REAR 30

or

FRONT 50
REAR 20

You can also adjust offsets by swapping in different rim halves. For example, if you want the front at et40 18x8.5, you can change the rear to an 18x11 et42.5, by swapping the outer barrels on the rear for 3 inch (currently 4 inch)
