It all started in 2010 when I bought a 2007 911 Carrera S. Ever since then, I've been addicted to 911's.
Here is the newest addition to my garage. 2011 Porsche 911 Turbo - 6 Speed. I looked at 911 Turbo 6 speeds for a while, and finally found this one at a Porsche dealer in Colorado. I started out looking for 07-11 6 speed Turbos with Limited slip diff, in red, white, or black. White was my first choice, because I wanted to match the GT3. Then I found this one and was glad that it is a 997.2 with updated audio, nav, etc. It also had a lot of interior carbon fiber options that I think set it apart from some of the others I found. It had everything that I would have chosen if ordering from Porsche myself.
The GT3 is such an exciting car and PDK is amazing for the track, but I missed driving the 6 speed around town for weekend drives. The Turbo can do anything and has so much power. It has been a blast. This car does it all. Now I've got one for the track, and one for the street. I think I'll be keeping these 2 forever.
