Wow, the old track is really looking bad. Many good memories of this place from back in the late 70's running my LT-1 Vette there. I was living in southern PA and the Vette club I belonged to would rent the place for our personal use from 8AM to 1PM. Thanks for posting that picture.

 

Finally putting some miles on the car after winter hibernation and bunch of new parts.

No problem. The owners shut it downin the late 2000's cause there were trying to cash in on all the development going on in Urbana as the next big commuter community. The community pushed back on them and the did some study that showed the soil was contaminated or something? They reopened it for 3 years but closed for what seems like for good in 2013.

 

I haven't posted in a while, here's one where the my seal gray looks almost slate based on the position of the sun.
