How much 1/4 mile improvement with drag radials?

I ran at PBIR 1/4 mile. I wanted to see what the car would do the way I drive it on the road. I did not use lunch control, held the brake and launched at about 1800 rpm. 60 ft was about 1.77, time was 10.45, trap 134.
Michelin PSS, rear 50, front 46.
What could be achievable with drags and proper launch?

Not great results with that much power. At
Stage 2+ (catless exhaust tune and ICs) mine my 10.316 at 132 with 1.51 60 foot with Pilot Super Sports.

Your 60 foot time is slow. Real slow. Drag radials or R888 will help. You are running way way way too much pressure on those pilot super sports. You should be at 26 to 28 pounds rear and about 31-32 pounds front. PDCC should be off. No AC. Spoilers retracted. Usually launch control with side stepping the foot of the brake works best.

No doubt! I just wonder how much it would improve. My first run wheels spun miserably, 60 ft at about 2.3 and trap at 131.

This is on MTs. And this is a notoriously poorly prepped track. On a good track you could be 1.4s.

A lot. With R888's in the rear, you should be where Nanook is at: 10.1 @ 140mph. I just did 138.9 with my 997.2 last weekend on an uphill 1/4 mile track and it has about 100 wheel HP less than your 991. My 991 has your exact bolt on set up except I will use 100% meth and a little more fine-tuning of the tune. With R888 rears I will be expecting 142-143mph In hot summer temps.

What could be achievable with drags and proper launch?
Those tire pressures alone will kill your launch. As others have said - lower your tire pressures to below 30 psi and you will shave 2 tenths.
