My system only had PCM 3.1 /w normal speaker. (NON bose or Burmester).

this system also had a normal amp on trunk (above of rear passenger side).

amp located below of a spare tire. - that's why I love alpine. =)

removed it and hooked up to alpine.

then changed speakers of each door and add a sub.

it's way better.

Don't go /w dip. wrap it /w matte white/silver film.
Thank you for the response and the valuable insight. Unfortunately I was unable to play your video. You'd spent $800 total on the Plasti-Dip materials & $600 on the wrap materials with no labor costs because I assume you did both yourself? Your comments indicate that you feel that the wrap produces a better appearance and greater durability. I noticed you had done the Plasti-Dip over PPF. Do you feel that it is inherit in the material itself or the installation had much to do with it?
How long did it take you to do each, including prep time?

Thanks again.

I like it. If mine were that color I would be very pleased.

yup, I did both jobs by myself. right after purchased car, I did PPF (transparent). as you said I dipped car on that PPF material. The warps took around 5 days cuz I disassembled front & back bumpers and door handles.
dipping took 2 days - one day for masking, and one day is for dipping.

my friend also dipped his car but dipping material is kind of rubber. it's hard to maintain original color. I guess it is easy to fade color by gas or any oil kinds of dirt.

My car is not those colors right now cuz I had rear end accident then I rewrapped with orange-red film.(insurance company paid all) =)
