Work done by prominent Audi tuner, EuroCode Tuning, based in Torrance, CA. The build began with a new Audi short block and crankshaft. Next, EuroCode installed custom CP-Carillo Rods and CP Pistons. Cylinder heads were surfaced and decked with new guides. Oversized exhaust and intake valves with titanium retainers and Ferrea racing valve springs were then installed to improve flow capacity. An APR stage 3 kit was installed, including a Magnuson TVS1740 supercharger and APR supercharger coolant performance system, pushing the S4’s output to at least 500 horsepower and 459 FT-LBs of torque on 91 octane. The transmission is made up of a EuroCode adjustable short throw shifter paired to a Tilton 7.25" twin plate race clutch, EuroCode Meisterwerk flywheel and lightweight crank pulley. EuroCode long tube headers were installed along with a Cat delete and Milltek cat-back Resonated exhaust system. Stock suspension was replaced with a KW Coilover Kit V3, giving the car an aggressive but still usable stance. The S4’s chassis was stabilized with a EuroCode AluKreuz B8 Chasis Subframe cross brace, Sway Bars (30mm front, 24mm rear) and SPC Adjustable Control Arms. This S4 has plenty of stopping power as well. The car wears a Stoptech Big Brake Kit with 6 piston calipers, 380/32 2-piece slotted rotors, and Stoptech Performance pads for ST-60 calipers. AIM EV04 high-performance Data Logger with channel expansion, an AIM GS Dash Display, and AIM SmartyCam GP track camera. Total build cost around 90,000$. All paperwork and reciepts on hand.
