NA Carrera project all the way

Morning all,

I'm new to the Carrera 996 I owned a lot of heavily modded cars boosting 600+ whp one of them was a 996 twin parts costumed and ordered from the one and only Markeski 911... anyway here is how the car looks and here are few parts that i got so far and the ones on the way.. the main question is Cats bypass or Muffler bypass...

Here is what i did so far...

• Change the Single din to a pioneer one with all the features needed
• I got BMC filter replacing the OEM
• Silicon hose for the filter replacing the OEM one
• Got a new Starter the one on the car is nearly gone
• New plastic to replace the windshield pale black one
• changing the Ugly orange side signals to white
• H&R lowering springs

On the list next...
• Better breaks
• IPD Plenum and i think i will stick to the same size and throttle ( any suggestion why to go for the 82 mm GT3 one? ) I know its better but how much better and is it worth it?
• Light weight Flywheel
• still deciding to go cats bypass or muffler bypass
• Finally a tune

Why would you ever spend $850 on a plenum that provides dubious results by itself, and not get the larger GT3 82mm throttle body? The t body is an extra $135; single best mod I've done to my car. It's worth the $135 for the sound alone.

Yes I looked on your thread and impressive numbers as well, now its a matter of figuring out what to do with the exhaust...
