Right now engeneet told me it is not possible to do it without car or remotely.
But here is few way. Find five or more customers in one place and fly to US to make reprogramming, or if he will not like go so far, but still like $$$ let him find solution to do it remotely or by post)

People who looking for new steering wheel can write here or send me PM.

For information, new mulifunction wheel, airbag, electronics - all parts and labor costs here from 3300 in USD.

Dear Driver!
He is not my employee, so I, like you, need pay him for transfer and labor.
I see only two persons here.
few more - and i will ask him, if he wants to fly across the ocean, or straining the brain and we will find the right solution)

Hi GA,

Do you have contact details for the engineer? I have all the parts but need someone who could come to London to fit and program it for me.
Thank you,

Funnily enough this was completed yesterday. As per the info in this thread you need to change the clock spring and lever unit when you change the steering wheel. You then need to change the wiring arrangement in the two plugs that plug into the lever unit. That's all relatively straight forward, there is one minor modification to the high beam switch as well, but again that's straightforward.

Now comes the slightly more difficult bit. A competent Porsche tech will be able to program that all to work in less than an hour, but you will be left with an intermittent warning on ABS/Stability. There is only one person in the world that I could find that can hack the ABS ECU to prevent the fault and they are based in Moscow. So it took me a while but we managed to get him over to London yesterday to do the whole job. It took him about 2hrs inc road testing, great guy, did a really nice job.

This was one of those cases of going down the rabbit hole a bit. I started off just buying the wheel assuming it would be a straight swap. All in net of the old part sales it's coming in at about £1000. Worth it for me as I really couldn't get on with the gear change buttons and the wheel looks and feels vastly better.

Right, the stability control system depends on having accurate steering angle info. So what about the change from one to the other changes the data being delivered?

I'd be very leery of doing anything to the stability ECU directly as there's a lot of variables involved that you do NOT want going wrong when it's needed. I'd be more interested in finding out how to make the wheel provide the same data, not just dummy up the ECU.

Anyone have the PNs for a black leather heated wheel and its airbag? Currently I have the .1 MF heated wheel.

If that's all that's needed for the module liybalance posted about, I'm definitely interested in giving it a shot.

I can't make sense of the parts diagrams I have access to to be sure I'd be getting the correct wheel though.

It can be done very easy now. Just buy steering wheel, airbag and a genius adapter from gpsadapter.us

I spend 400 usd for steering wheel, 450 for airbag, both brand new from E-bay, and 450 for adapter.

Love it!
