Stock turbo record? 549whp/610wtq tuned by Brentuning

First off, I would like to give a huge thanks to Brendan, Tim and the guys at Brentuning for the good customer service, experience and results we have got from my car. I would recommend them to anyone. On to the car, It's basically a stock turbo K16 car with all the bolt ons you would normally do on a bigger turbo setup tuned on 93 oct and e85..heres a pretty basic little mod list:

-Cobb AP - tune by @Brentuning
-3" Speedtech catless X-pipe
-Blown6 3.5" intercoolers
-IPD plenum w/stock TB
-ID1000s
-Walbro 450 pump
-stock FPR
-Mafless with filters on turbos

Final #s
93oct 515whp/575wtq
E85 549whp/610wtq

I'm selling a set of blown six intercoolers super cheap (shameless plug) showing they can make power.

Nice numbers

That's really good. I didn't think the stock k16's could blow that much power. We had a huge multi page thread arguement about it.

Haha. I feel vindicated!
I have everything you have PLUS 4.5" intercoolers, 2.5" plumbing and y-pipe with a 74mm tb.

I need to push the 928 to the side and finish with the 996

They are out of their efficiency range for sure but as long as you have the intercoolers to compensate it seems to work. Those turbos must be screaming!

BauerR, I thought you had stock injectors and fuel pump, with a 5 bar FPR? OP has upgraded FP and 1000cc injectors. Would still love to see what your car dynos, if you get the time to put her on the rollers.

Regardless, great numbers OP! Car is a blast I'm sure.

BauerR, your car should be right up there in the same power/tq range..Boost pressure on my car is right at 1.1 bar, torque is crazy and it just pulls strong for little k16s haha

That's what I've been saying from the beginning.
Filters on turbos + catless AND mufflerless makes a huge difference. Flow, flow flow!

I won't be running E85 but my car only sees MS109, so it will live on the 100oct tune

What boost? I have the same setup w/ Y-pipe, single BOV and 4.5" coolers, not running a ton of boost, just 1 bar, if that . IMO it for sure feels like 500 hp, need to put my car on the dyno. I was after the same goal, maxing stock turbos and 515-525 seems right on. I was gonna say what's up with the pump/injectors, but see you're obv running e85. Fun to drive w/ stock turbos making power, enjoy it!
