Total long shot here i know- but i'm looking for a flat bottom alcntara steering wheel for my 997.1 w ROUND AIRBAG- but must have yellow ring & be flat bottom lol...what are the chances?
I know i can order one from DCTMS but they take a while wanted to see if maybe by chance someone had one for sale
Send your wheel to Ledermanz. Turnaround time is less than a week and quality is as good, if not better, than DCT for a fraction of the price. Anything you want, they can do.
They are in Latvia and you heard wrong. It took them roughly a week to complete my wheel (the 3rd one I posted with the white flat bottom). Regardless, your steering wheel is the only part of your car that you are always in contact with, both visually and by touch, so this isn't a modification you should rush or sell yourself short on. At least that's how I look at it.
If you want to keep your car on the road while having your wheel done, or have an updated wheel already that's worth more than a core charge if sold, I have a stock, 997.1, black leather, triangular airbag wheel I'll sell for about 60% of the core charge to save you some $. You can run mine while yours is being redone or send mine as the core.

i'll contact them, thanks. Can't see how you send it to Lativa, they make it, ship it back all in a week though
