2011 Cayenne 22k - Should I buy?

Hello all, I am considering purchasing this 2011 cayenne for 22k. It has lots of features and is in good shape. I was able to get the seller to agree to replace the water pump as per the inspection report. Car has tons of options as you can see in the build sheetZ
do you think it is worth it? I’ve attachsd a Carfax, 2 inspections, pictures and the build info. Thank you

Seeing the following in the inspection report:
THE AUTOCHECK SHOWS NO ACCIDENTS EVEN THOUGH THE OVERALL CAR HAS BEEN REPAINTED WITH REPAIRS TO MULTIPLE PANELS. EVERY PANEL HAS DIRT, FISHEYES, ORANGE PEEL, RUNS, OR SANDMARKS ON IT.
I'd RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY.. It's no bargain, and sounds like it's been driven hard and put away wet..

All the Cayenne Models depreciate like crazy, if your getting a 1st or 50th Porsche my recommendation is the turbo. You will never look back. Endless power and torque, it never has to search for a gear and grabs the road like a claw!
Don't shy away from mileage as long as the services have been preformed, and all that is oil change every 10K, filters and plugs 30 or 60K depending on engine.
the performance difference in the extra 200HP is felt just looking at it.

On options the GTS or Turbo will have all the goodies included. A must have option is the Entry and Drive option.

The brakes are less than 10% can be expensive unless your a DIY'er.
I now have buyers remorse in a 996 Cab, I had the chance to get the 996TT back in 2000.
