Yes they are, and they are a night and day difference from stock speakers...the range they have with no distortion, and the clarity is unreal.
I also listed the JL subs, and amps that I had as well in other threads.

They are great, but I would hardly say drop in replacement. It seems that you are including spacers for the 6.5" door woofers. That's why I asked about the others. They certainly don't fit in the rear. Also, the tweeters require heavy modification to fit in the dash.

Spacers were for when I took them out of my clk black series I sold in June.I was going to put all of this in my turbo and was told by ultimate audio they would all work great in the car.

Ah, then you need custom spacers for the doors and I'm not sure where you could use the 6.5" coaxes.

Not sure. Just cleaning these guys out since i am going another way with this car. Bought all this in Feb for my black series that I traded in on this TT. Someone I am sure has a car they can put these to use in. Listed on eBay as well.

Really? How did the tweeters install? There's no way those tweeters just dropped right in. Not sure about the 6.5"woofers in the doors. Do the non Bose stereos use smaller woofer frames? Regardless I think you still need custom spacers. And there's no way you used a 6.5" coax in the rear. I was really just responding to Jeff's first post asking if these drop in. The 6.5" component speakers are VERY good, but cannot be installed without a lot of work. I'm in the process myself. Also, they really need the op's amps to deliver in a 911, which really makes for a full custom install that also needs an equalizer. Glws, these are very nice speakers.

speakers
my car i only used speaker up front . the non bose system has a 8" or speaker insert that uses a 6.5 speaker so mines bolted right in.the tweeter you have to remove a little of the plastic but they fit in there.
