I forgot to mention that the car has coilovers/is lowered 2" all-around and that he is the 2nd owner. The car also has heated seats.

Update: warranty is up in May 2012.
Car also went into Porsche of Newport Beach yesterday to have the front suspension tightened and for an overall inspection.
Right window regulator was also fixed (window would sometimes not roll down automatically when you opened the door).
Other than that everything checks out!
