Martin,
The kit arrived about a month ago. Finally got the chance to take them over to Sharkwerks to get installed by Alex and James. James unwrapped the kit to find that one of the rear shocks had a broken off endlink bracket (AKA the metal slab that holds the endlink onto the shock). Seeing such damage, he decided to take it one step further (good looking out guys!) and confirmed that whatever caused the endlink bracket to break also bent the shock rod. I was advised that the shock was unuseable and I would have to purchase replacements from H&R before the install could continue.
I've PMed and emailed you about this already with no response. I'm asking that you please support this product that you communicated as being in good useable condition. I'm simply asking that we split the cost of the replacement shock & endlink bracket from H&R and I'll be satisfied.
Thanks and I look forward to hearing back from you.
