took these shocks off my 01 at 13,000 miles. if your just replacing oem shocks these should save u some real bucks my local dealer sez they are about 2 grand for all 4.the box contain spring also but the total is only $499.00

muffler too have oem muffler and cats same milage $500.00 and shipping
