I looked at the LED bulbs yesterday before packing them to see if there was any indication of a PN or MFG....the only ID info I could find was a very small 121 printed on them. Please keep in mind, I tested 7 different sets before finding an error free set.

I'll dig deeper and see if I can find my receipt/packing order. It should have a PN or product description somewhere.
